You have two options for your care, based on your convenience and needs.
ConciergeCare (limited availability)
ConciergeCare is exactly what it sounds like – I personally come to your service! ConciergeCare patients love the flexibility, and are stunned to find that it’s comparable in price to what they’d otherwise pay on their insurance deductible. I can provide most services in the home that I normally provide in the clinic, you don’t have to waste your time with transportation and parking, and treatment equipment (stimulators, cold packs, hot packs pulleys, etc) stay with you between visits.
Since this option is new to most people, I’ve put together a list of FAQs here. Your appointment time will occur in a 30-minute window (or less) and last for 40-60 minutes, depending on your needs. I will be billing you directly for these services, but I can provide you with a claim for specific for your insurer, if you have out of network benefits.
In-Clinic Care
This is standard, traditional, physical therapy. I currently work at Texas Health – Plano Presbyterian, but occasionally provide coverage in other areas. If you choose this option you can either contact the clinic directly and then let me know so I can follow-up on it, or I forward your information to the clinic site where you will be seen. Insurance verification, notification, and scheduling will be handled by the facility, which will bill your insurance plan.
If you start care in a local clinic, I will not be able to accept you as a ConciergeCare patient until you have completed your course of therapy.
